Your satisfaction is of the highest importance to us. If you are not satisfied with your Lifestyle Shop purchase, please return the relevant product(s) within one month of purchase, together with proof of purchase and a letter of explanation, to:

We will gladly exchange the relevant product(s), or refund the purchase price (excluding delivery charges). However, subject to your Statutory Rights, Subaru reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund in the event Subaru considers that our returns policy is being abused.
Damaged and Defective Items
If you purchase a product which is defective or has been damaged in transit, we will gladly exchange or refund that item at our cost. However, if, in our opinion, the returned product is not defective, the cost of re-delivering that product may be charged to you.
